I've just stumbled across a fabulous online boutique with a similar feel and branding that i'm looking into starting.... (thanks to hintmag).
Its name is New High (M)art. A boutique in LA's chinatown and recently having launched the online shop - I feel a little beaten as they've launched with just the kind of retro, quirky feel with a mix of high end and 'unknown'/cult designers as i had wished - marketing nearly all of their product as unisex (the right way to go if you ask me after my dissertation last year looking into merging sexes and blurring of gender boundaries.... ). It is.. fantastic.
Blurring the boundaries between art, commerce and fashion it showcases its many undiscovered fashion talents using gallery-esque techniques a la Colette (Paris).
"This has seen the opening of several back-to-back brand-in-residencies, designer retrospectives and curated thematic moments. The space itself is completely re-imagined for each edition to further reinforce the featured direction." (New High Mart)New High (M)art highlights:

Bizarre little bindi sets/facial... decorative bits!? -->
All by FACE
Costume DeptPastel Colour Ethnic Necklace - it's so juicy looking!
And the list could go on and on..................! !!
I'd like to end on this... :

Very random, but its this kind of all round niche products that really appeal to me in such a boutique.
Congrats to High End (M)art for creating a fantastic little boutique, look forward to seeing much more of this :)
